Miloslav Pistacek is the former executive chef at several restaurants in Prague, including Cafe Louvre, Villa St. Tropez, hotel Esplanade and Zlata ulička. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. He gained experienced in French restaurants in the Chateaudun region, throughout Italy and at Kogo Slovansky dum in Prague where he worked for 7 years.
Miloslav Pistacek elegantly combines his Moravian roots with a sincere appreciation of healthy, modern cuisine. This skill was recognized by one of his awards: 2015 Czech Republic Champion in WelLness Cuisine. We appreciate him not only for his cooking mastery but also for his ever-present smile and serenity, which he conveys to all of us while working together.
